Biography
Dr. Hanli Wu is a research associate at Missouri University of Science and Technology (S&T). He earned his Ph.D. Degree at Missouri S&T in July 2022, advised by Drs. Jenny Liu and Xiong Zhang. His research is to use cellular concrete as an alternative material to develop a cost-effective and high-performance air convection embankment (ACE) to protect permafrost foundations in cold regions. He has been actively involved in many professional organizations, including the Transportation Research Board (TRB), the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and the International Association of Chinese Infrastructure Professionals (IACIP).
